My sister was 5'6" and weighed abt 120lbs when she became pregnant. She went on to have the largest twins born in Central Ohio. The girl weighed 8lbs 10oz and the boy weighed 8lbs 11oz. That was crazy!

@@luvmyjujuntootie well, this was 26 years ago. I was actually so sick while pregnant that I could not eat. I lost 11 pounds instead of gaining due to extreme morning sickness and preeclampsia. So, when I got out of the hospital I just ate a lot of veggies and fruits. I had also pumped prior to delivery so I had a supply of milk already. I had no issues with that, but i know they warn against it now.

Me too. I weighed 103lbs. when I got pregnant and had a 10lbs. boy. I laughed when he was born because it seemed so wild and everyone who assisted the birth was quite excited about it. I was 2 weeks late so he would have been closer to normal size but 46 years ago they weren’t into inducing labor like they do now.

The prefrontal cortex isn’t even fully matured until around 25. Some are matured and bittered by trauma at that age, but most most people still have a bright outlook.

This is nothing. My sister was a size 2, 5"5 and about 113lbs. She had a 10.4 Lbs baby, natural birth. At 1 month old he was already 15lbs. Yes, at one month he was to heavy for his swing. He was NOT fat. Just big. He eventually became a regular sized toddler at 3. Never a weight issue. It was crazy when the nurses brought him out of the delivery room. 3 other babies were born all within 15 minutes of each other. And they looked like tiny tiny babies next to him. He looked like a 4 month old at birth. I've never seen anything like it since.

6 years ago when I had my son (2nd Child) I was a size 1 in jeans. 4”11 weighing 115lbs and had a son that was 8.11 lbs. almost 9. He looked like a month old baby. Lol after delivering my son naturally, the doctor did come in and told me I needed a C section, because he was too big for me to deliver him. It felt like a struggle to push him out. In the end my son did end up loosing all the baby fat by the age of 2. It’s genetic I believe because my husband was a 10lb baby. But his normal. His not overweight or anything.

Everything was harder, labor was longer and my son was 8 lbs 15 ounces! Momma was as big! I gained 50 lbs 🤦🏽‍♀️. That baby is now 16! And Im still trying to get the extra weight off. They are precious!! They honestly look a lot like my first. A big part of it is them being formula-fed--typical formula can make babies real chunks like that lol. My first had feeding difficulties due to tt/lt so I had to supplement with formula and although I used an organic one he still got enormous lol. I think part of it is bc it is really easy to inadvertantly overfeed babies with formula.

They are so cute chubby babies🤗😘. I'm impressed by mum's ability to carry two big babies in one arm. Babies are also just chilling comfortably. At the same time babies weight and people opinions also reminded me of our cultural difference, our mindsets/mentality difference regarding body weight. In east Asian countries like china, Hongkong, Japan etc babies weight issues and health are taken way too seriously. So, if babies are slightly over weight, chubbier side, most people, doctors and parents find it matter of concern. Though everybody finds chubbier babies too cute but at the same time we can sense concern in people's(relative/families) expressions. Parents themselves too dont find the matter to be happy and proud as good parents/parenting. Doctors immediately and strictly recommend parents to cut down milk intake for babies and cut down both milk and foods intakes for toddlers.I have experienced it all from my two nephews and one niece. Because my nephews are also in chubbier side but they are not fat at all. So, it breaks my heart to deny little ice cream, little more juices, chocolates, their favourite foods, milk etc. Watching these two cute babies reminded me of my own two nephews, who are also so cute and I miss them so much😚💖. God bless every babies. May they stay healthy and happy. I love babies😘😘💖

There is genetic test for kids who are overweight or obese by the age of two. I would talk to the doctor if the child is constantly hungry I know that's one of the signs. 3 genes are: Leptin, POMC and MC4R

When your a twin mom and others see you, it seems like your ALWAYS hearing "i dont know how you do it" "do you need help?" And other similar comments, but honestly, you just get used to it and having your hands literally full of babies becomes your new norm. Just wait until they start trying to climb on things 😬 lol

Each 7 mo old weighs 21 lbs? At age 5, I was in 1st grade and weighed 40 lb. I think I was not overly small but....omg!
