Speaking from a screenwriting perspective, that probably would have just confused him and potentially consumed more time than most of the other interactions, but that is a decent question. Miguel is acting like Miles being Spider-Man is the worst thing in the entire multiverse, but he's not the only Miles Spidey, heavily implied by the presence of Insomniac Peter. Because, you can't have Insomniac Peter without Insomniac miles. A question I've been asking ever since seeing this is why he had a specific reaction to Margo. What exactly set their Spidey senses off like that?
