The best arrangement would be no patriarchy, no matriarchy. One in which each and every person is respected and loved, and every person respects every person. One in which each person is valuable and valued, is able to contribute his or her unique talents and skills for the good of everyone. This cannot be forced using political correctness or by government edicts, but must come from people themselves. This would require a "Jesus moment" in everyone. Won't happen, of course, but it's a nice thought.

I love stronger woman. Properties like tall, muscular, dominant, confidence really turns me on if a girl posses these🥰. I would really want to live in a pure matriarchal autonomous community where the traditional gender roles known from a typical patriarchy are reversed.
