How the governments of Ghana and no leader of the country have established a high level institutional framework to tap in this resource rich expertise by Ghanaians abroad to play the critical roles in developing Ghana is just unbelievable. No visionary and discipline leaders interested in creating better lives for the people and generations.

We black folks talk too much! We think out too loud...Malcom, K. Nkrumah, Patrice Lumumba, etc. We need to develop the skills of moving in stealth, plan and execute. How did Singapore do it?
