Sam is such a great interviewer for artists who love the craft of music. I'm so sad I missed watching this interview live due to timezones. I also feel sad for the amount of time I departed from Jay as a fan, because I simply lost track of his activities. This promotion era is revealing so much of his artistry and talent that has been sitting behind tinted windows, but now he is front and centre, busier than ever. Especially seeing Four Seasons now under a spotlight.. that song has waited patiently for its time, and the work as a whole was such a congruent experience of emotions, each song with a different sound that compliments the quality behind it. Music from people who love music, and live by music, will always be the best. Jay has a golden personality, but even in an era where that aspect holds so much importance, his music still stands proudly in front. Thanks for this fun interview Sam and Jay, I hope there will be more in the future.
