I had a telephonic interview that followed some questions.. 1. Self Introduction 2. I had 35 months of work experience with MHRD..so enquired about my role and how I had contributed my inputs. 3. Tell me something about education and CSR policy ( in 1 minute) 4. Enquired about any disability ( my answer was sound health) 5. Reasons for quitting my previous job.. That's all and instantly I have been told that "you have been hired as permanent VCS" WFH
