It´s from "Little Witch Academia". If you are interested in the premise of a story about a girl who has a burning passion about magic but know nothing about it besides what she saw at a magic show she assisted in her chilhood and now has to struggle a lot to achieve her dream of becoming a witch that makes people happy with miraculous magic, then this anime is for you.
