To be able to meet all of them, either you only did meet and greets the whole party without watching the parades/shows/fireworks or going on rides OR you went on a low attended party night. Just the 7 dwarves and Moana took me more than two hours. Wait, they probably went on multiple party nights too.

Watching this in 2022.. The 2022 party cut several of these characters from the M&Gs - notably Rapunzel & Flynn, the 7 Dwarves and Nick & Judy.. likely due to cutbacks.
