Meeting His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama at his private residence in Dharamsala, India!

A few months ago, I had the life-changing opportunity to represent Global Dalai Lama Fellows and meet His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama, in Dharamsala, India.
In this video, I document my travel experience from Oxford, UK, to Dharamsala, India, day by day, including moments of joy and memory with beautiful fellow adventurers.
You will notice in the video that there is a picture of the Dalai Lama eating a cupcake-it is a moment that reflects the humor, sweet spirit, and deep wisdom of an almost 90-year-old!
Learning about the Tibetan people, the history of Tibetan culture, and Buddhist philosophy opened up a part of my heart and world that I will carry with me in all that I do. Immersing myself in Dharamsala's land was surreal and serene. I will forever be grateful for the community that helped me reach experiences like this and whom I shared this journey in India with.
