Unusual situation -> if you had a sis-in-law and mother talking to each other in Hindi, do they have to translate everything they are talking to each other to your Mrs as she is not Hindi speaking? Here this conversation is entirely between your mom n sis-in-law. Will she take a huge offence if your mother and sis-in-law are talking in Hindi to each other as your mom cannot speak English at all. This is in middle of hot summer in north India where anyone is usually tired of weather, if sis-in-law don’t converse or translate in English will that be a massive deal breaker?
