As an Indian living in the US, I enjoyed Shobham taking you around his native Village. His folks do own large swaths of farming land. Reminded me of my Uncle taking me around huge Cashew farms in the South. Must be a fun experience for you exploring the traditional and rustic side of india. 11:39 no when u burn wood, coal or cow dunk the ash that is left behind is used as a abrasive agent with mild detergent because in past in villages the scotch bright scrubber was very expensive and thats how everyone did their pots in past. Very common thing here doesn't contain any bacteria infact its charcoal ash
