Culloden was amazing to walk around and see where the clans were fighting. I bought my outlander tartan in that store. Had one of the best meat pies in a cafe in the capital of Skye.

We saw much of Skye. Stayed two nights in the Old Stein Inn.....very old fishing village with a great local pub. Met some locals and had a wonderful evening. Saw the Fairye Glen and drove the northern peninsula.

Loved this video guys. It brought back so many fond memories of when I visited. Haggis was the only thing I didn't like. Loved the country, loved the people and the history. Went to John O'Groats and took the ferry to the Orkney Islands to check out where my ancestors came from. Amazing. Love the show Shetland. Cheers from Australia.

Wife and I did Scotland in 2019. Best way to go is a rental car! It was a amazing and we had the freedom to go where we wanted, when we wanted. Saw Edinburgh, including all of the Harry Potter sites and of course the Royal Mile. Drove north to see Castle Doune (Outlander and Game of Thrones...AND Monty Python and the Holy Grail!) and Sterling Castle. Stayed a few nights in Pitlochry. Bought some Scotch and saw a play at the Pitlochry Theater. Then drove to Inverness where we took a bus/ferry/bus trip to tour the Orkneys. Also visited Colloden and Clava Cairn. Took a boat trip on Loch Ness (we searched and searched, but didn't see Nessie). Even took a driving trip completely around Loch Ness. Such gorgeous countryside. (Yes, we visited Urquart Castle.) Then drove through the highlands to the Isle of Skye and spent a few days there. Then to Iona, where we stayed a few nights....visiting Staffa Island. Then it was a stunning drive through Glen Coe back toward Edinburgh, making to Roslyn in time to tour the Chapel. A most memorable vacay. We definitely want to go back.

There will be a comment or two as well; I'm still in discovering mode). I'm really sooo excited! Let me just give you this as a little and maybe unusual feedback: You have both become so much prettier in the past eight years - it's actually incredible to think how old you are now and how old you were then! Hey guys! I've missed all you Legends! Despite being without contact to the rest of the world and having to deal with an eye infection the last few days of it, I had an incredible tme with amazing people. I've been behind on everything and only recently got back from my extended journey after the trip, beginning with ending up sick in Edinburgh afterwards and waiting until I was better before journeying back to Glassgow for a few days and then catching a train to Newcastle, England, where I caught an overnight ferry to Amsterdam and ended up staying there another nearly two weeks and then starnded in Amsterdam airport for 4 days with 4 canceled flights, the last one wasn't canceled until after midnight, making it impossible to find a hotel online and wonder around different nearby hotels to find no one had any vacancies due to several canceled flights that day. Then getting home I lose my phone and replace it and can't get it to work properly for about a week. Now that I'm back in touch with technology, I have been hoping to figure out how to join the group chat if it is still up and going. Joel and Lia, thank you for such an incredible week, and thank all of you Legends from the trip! I really hope to catch up soon!
