was just reminded of a beautiful Tibetan Buddhist practice that I think will help me and maybe many others through this time. It's called. Tonglen. It is a practice of breathing in the pain and the suffering, whether in myself, people I know., the whole world. I breathe in that suffering as a greasy dark smoke into my nostrils and then i bring it into my heart where it is transformed. I then breathe it out to whomever or whatever is suffering as pure love and compassion. I continue to cycle through this process breeding in suffering and breathing out love. It invariably opens my heart and brings me peace.

The odd thing was they had transponders off. They normally do that when they don’t want to be detected, like in war zones. But they flew so low everyone in their path could feel and hear them. I hope they’re not scanning for military targets.

For Dana and all who are experiencing psychic attacks: I experienced a psychic attack a few years back when I was giving my sister Reiki after her back surgery. I immediately stopped, went home and saged and mentioned my experience to my niece when we next spoke (she is a Kundalini master.) She advised me to chant Aad Guray Numeh (she had given me a Snatam Kaur recording with that chant, which I love) and I sing that chant every day when I send Reiki and when I do it in person. It's a chant of protection. That was a few years back and I haven't had an attack since. I also always have black tourmaline on hand. Good to keep in your pocket, on your bedside and also wear as Love to all💚💚💚

I have been curious about this too. This is where your grounding and discernment are KEY in who to listen to. Here’s my opinion: We all have free will and there are multiple timelines available. Different psychics will pick up on various energies and timelines AND that energy/info must get filtered through them as well. The more inner work/shadow work/spiritual development someone has done the higher their vibration…and hence their ability to pick up on the higher timelines.
