I wish we had gotten a better understanding of how Leviathan and Belphegor operate. We can now definitively declare Lucifer, Beelzebub and Asmodeus the three genuinely benevolent members of the Sins, while Mammon and Satan are the malevolent members. If we just knew where the other two stand, we’d finally know who could HELP make that beautiful vision a reality, and which ones will need to be…removed to make it happen…

I think their seating arrangements also reflect their evilness and influence in hell. Naturally, Wrath, Greed and Envy are more destructive than Lust, Gluttony and Sloth. And while Pride is supposed to be the deadliest, he is a no-show who doesn’t care about ruling most of the time. Aside from that, I’m eager to see what the Envy ring looks like. I’m assuming it’s kind of a deep sea place comprised mostly of fish demons and is wealthy like the Greed ring, but in a more snooty way.

In-Universe he was likely at the Hotel. The note on his chair says BRB so he likely left this meeting to go help Charlie with her fight. In reality, because he is owned by Prime (yes, Viv created him but due to her contract with Prime, she can’t just use the Hazbin characters as she wishes anymore) he was not able to appear in Helluva Boss due to copyright issues.

His chair also has some cob webs which insinuates he hasn't really been around for a long time. As said, copyright is likely the real reason why he didn't show up. In-universe reason would be he started making rubber ducks for a long time and just never bothered meeting with the other sins since then.
