Yo! New thumbnail art! And it’s incredibly well drawn too. I’m not good at riddles. My brain isn’t wired for out of the box thinking by choice. It can get wacky, but only at random. At least she’s just as much of a scatterbrain as I am.

The art is AI generated. You can tell because the hair strands fuse into each other in odd places. Among other things, like the weird artifact fusing one of her hair strands into one of her eyelashes.

OR you could ask. The art is from the Adobe Stock catalog, which I maintain a subscription to, and I deliberately exclude AI art from my searches. Not to say that some doesn't still sneak through, and this COULD be, but allegedly it isn't. Some of the artifacts could be due to me clipping the girl herself from the original background. If it's AI, they lied to me on a few different levels, and I'm sorry to have been fooled if that's the case. I loathe AI "art" and do my best to avoid it. I'm looking for image catalog options that are better than Adobe, but so far, all of the ones I've found are similarly loaded with AI, and most of them don't make even the smallest attempt to tag them that way. I can't pay to commission new art for every thumbnail (although most of my thumbnail art is art that I've commissioned over the years and I use it whenever possible), so doing my due diligence is the best I can do for now. I have a background in marketing/comms and am a bit intense about things like copyright, public domain, artist credit, etc, and I've made it a point since day 1 to either use real artists that I can pay and link back to, or to pay to license art databases that are legit. AI sucks and is fucking up both of those for all of us, and honestly, since courts have ruled that AI "art" can't be copyrighted, it's laughable that databases are even allowed to charge for it. I hope to find something better than Adobe soon. TLDR: Fuck AI art, I'm doing my best to avoid it, and if one slips through the cracks, I'm sorry. I long for the day when I can just commission the artists I already know and love to draw everything for me.

For the riddle, my first guess was the sun and moon. Does that technically count? Then again as I think about it, they can be up at the same time, so night and day would be the only answer. Close though, so I'm happy about that.
