Hey Kevin im hoping you get the chance to answer this question or somebody that knows! When you say TMF is "risky" do you mean that it has a high potential of going to 0 or is it just volatile? Ive been holding it for over a year since the Bill Ackman bond crash and so far im slightly up on it and ive been payed dividends quarterly just to hold it. Does it have a chance of going to 0 outside of just volatility coinciding with TLT? Is there some kind of theta decay associated with it? I would love to understand better, thanks!

I heard a Twitter spaces hosted by Warren Rutledge. He says that Delaware appeals courts usually uphold the original ruling, in about 7% actually get in favor of those who file for appeal. So he's saying maybe 10% chance of winning it if Tesla Appeals. Warren was thinking it's better that you just move on and drop the new pay package in Texas. However I think Elan will fight it, that's just who he is. And I all for it.

Most of these tech companies are at ridiculous PE multiples. Certain banks are also in trouble with CRE investments that tanked. Berkshire Hathaway has aggressively sold off both and is holding record cash…..jus sayin it’s something to consider.
