Alec I am soooo godly proud of you. 2024 was my first year of seeing the Mazelin family evolve from Jan to Dec. and this WAS YOUR YEAR!!! From moving, to getting a new job, to getting the green card to getting a new job to finding you and another level of happiness. Oh and we can’t forget your bald headed bearded man!! 😉😉😏😏😏 WHAT A WIN!!! I had a similar 2024 that was one for the books. And where we align is that most of the change was centered in catering to us even more. I was really in the Christmas spirit. One of the decorations was a wreath that said “Joy”. I think that the side table looks better between the two armchairs. Especially for safety reasons! Suppose somebody is not too stable and walks right into the table! CHOW CHOW BOYZZZ I simply love your patio set it is perfect and looks comfortable Since we didn't get a chance to speak ...it sounds like you had them draw your own blood for the surgery which is smart. Of course you're nervous this is a Major surgery you won't feel a thing. GOD HAS YOU I think they will give you and Epidural which when they give you the shot and you count backwards and you will be out like a light. The next thing you will know they will be calling your name to wake up when you are in recovery. They will have you up the next day to start your rehab ...ANYWHO love your painting great job with the frame as far as the table and as others have stated leave it between the two chairs cause it looks very low at the end of the sofa. Normally with surgeries, pre op testing has to be done typically within 7 days of the procedure just to be certain all is well. Wishing you much success with your upcoming surgery, prayers over the doctors hands. ❤ All is well

Your home is beautiful just do one room at a time. You guys are doing so good we can see the love between you guys even your son looks happy and growing into a beautiful young man. We are proud of you also. I was thinking about making a change in jobs and moving to either GA or NC you guys made it look so easy I’m not afraid anymore. I work for the County I’m sure I can find a county job in GA or NC. To God be the glory and God bless you guys. Please don’t forget to keep us updated on the surgery I will be worried. Make sure Brian drink some aloe vera and some kombucha tea. They both are great for healing. I’m still recovering from back surgery. I had August 15. The hospital gave me a chair to take my showers and a hospital bed because I couldn’t walk up the stairs so I had to sleep in my family room for the first month, so look into that and see if they can help you with some items because they gave me mine or maybe my insurance paid for it. Hi Brian get a shower chair from and make sure you get some lambskin or something or double up an you can also get a old towel and cut it up and wrap it around the crutches to make it thick so you can take the pressure from the unknowns when you use and I pray you have a speedy and do do what the doctor you know we Aries Aries or hard-headed❤❤ the take baby steps everything will be all right honestly I've had surgery on my legs so I know what you're going without a knee replacement I'm from Brooklyn New York originally I moved to South Carolina where I got married I've been down here 30 years please try to relax and listen to your precious does not go up because they will not do your surgery if your precious high did not make you high risk please take it easy God got you I'm going to send you a rice cooker as soon as you give me your address

Happy New year and many more blessings to you Brian and Alec! Brian I'm guessing they gave you a list of items to have on hand after your surgery because you can't shower for a week or two. I had surgery once and couldn't get wet. Some of the items I used were 2 basins, one for soapy water and the one with water for rinsing. You can get a collapsable ones with a drains and they're cheap too. Also plenty of wash cloths and body wash and some adult (sensitive) bath wipes. I also had a spray bottle with water as well. I used those disposable waterproof pads so I didn't get the chair/bed wet. As you will be sitting a lot you may want to also look into getting one of those contoured chair cushions. That's just a few things. I pray your surgery goes well and you have a speedy recovery-God bless you both.

Your walker will come in handy getting up and down from the toilet and stepping in & out of the shower once you can take one. I had a knee replacement and I never realized how low the toilets are.
