We are off to Atlanta for our first ATL Black Pride. We started off our long weekend with soul food from the Black & LGBTQ+ owned, Virgil’s Gullah Kitchen. The next day we made it over to our friends, Alex & Ricky, who were our guides for the weekend. It was an amazing trip, filled with good vibes and people, especially all the Mazegang members we met! That personal touch really means a lot! There is a hotel that my family and i stayed at a couple of times and the next year we came back. The same host was there when we returned and he was like, Welcome back, where is the rest of your crew? (My spouse and kids were in the car waiting for me to check in). When he saw my baby he was like, "OMG she's gotten so big!" I'll stay with them everytime because of his customer service!

Glad you had a good time here in ATL. ..That Campcreek Chili's and especially Popeyes is notoriously slow with a side of attitude at times, but past a certain time of night they are the only thing open...Thanks for the Tesla review. Their price tag is a little too steep for my pockets but enjoyed learning more about them... Will check our Virgil's & Apt 4B and Alex (hilarious) & Ricky!

And then the service there was above par so it was really such a juxtaposition of experiences in the same area. Unfortunate though. Oh yeah, we definitely wouldn't be getting a Tesla anytime soon.
