Great cake Alec I was amazed the way you mixed the cake batter, I do it the other way around dry ingredients last, well as you did dry ingredients first then wet. Am a Baker also and I do ice cakes also am somewhat like you lol I love to bake, sorry I can't get to taste it but great job.

Thank you Miguel 😊. So I only do the rum cake like this really. Some of the cakes that have a higher liquid content you might see where adding the liquid is one of the last steps but for the most part it’s the same as how you do it. High five to the bakers in the house 🙌🏾
