Speaking of rag...my dermatologist suggested that I stop using a rag to bathe as she said that my approach to bathing was too drastic and that I was actually damaging my skin....she even suggested that I pat myself dry instead of wiping with the towel...man I tried that for a while but it was back to my old ways

Yes, in the UK we use a flannel for a bath. Some uses brush,loofah or if you choose you could call it a “Rag”. Not sure about others, totally agree that we need something to scrub our bodies. The work in the bathroom is progressing well. Good job.❤👏🏾🥰🚿
