I find it so fascinating how Ohm has to personalities when it comes to playing DBD. First is the Jesse Einesberg (Columbus : zombieland) type of persona when it comes to playing as a survivor. The second is the Heath Ledger (Joker : Dark knight) when he plays the killer, just minus the extensive moral code nonsense the joker would self monologue about.

@@firehawk117 It's perfectly alright, and since I still have the info saved on my clipboard here it is: There will always be 5 dull or "non-glowing" totems that spawn in every trial. If a killer uses a hex perk, one of the dull totems becomes a hex totem for each hex perk active and glows. The exceptions to this are the killer hex perks "No One Escapes Death" and "Haunted Grounds". More on that later. The dull totems don't do anything unless the killer has another hex perk called "Thrill of the Hunt" which slows down the cleansing of active totems for every dull totem still uncleansed. The reasons to cleanse dull totems are either for extra bloodpoints, or a preventative measure to keep "No One Escapes Death" from activating. [On "No One Escapes Death": it activates once all the generators have been done. It gives an exposed (instant-down) effect to survivors and provides a haste effect to the killer for as long as the totem is active. The perk needs to turn a dull totem into a hex totem to activate, so if the survivors cleanse all the dull totems, the perk can't activate.] [On "Haunted Grounds": at the start of the trial it activates TWO totems instead of just one. Cleansing either of the "trapped" totems will provide the exposed effect on all survivors for a certain amount of time.] Sorry for the wall of text, hope you learned what you wanted to know from me

My problem with hexes is like that Freddy match, I almost always start with a survivor finding one, if not multiple, right off the bat. I think 4 of my 5 games with hex perks I get no use from them cause they're broke within 40 secs of the match start

Ohm - I don't even own this game but I've seen hundreds of hours played. On the first map - aren't most (if not all) generators *near closed doors*? ... The big doors that close off room to room - if they're shut, there's a generator nearby. At least, that's what I heavily assume since every generator completing opens up a big door.
