hey dominator. can u help in a small problem if u could. me and my friend try to play through radmin. everythin works fine. but when we press start game. his progress bar stays at 0. any fix? (we using the shockwave mod) but we also tried zero hour and his progress bar didn't load there too

Restart the game, radmin and everything and try again. If not maybe someone messed with game files or maybe someone needs to close their VPN.
