Hi mate when I worked with an electrician before when he was cutting armoured cable he would hacksaw thru the steel armour first then snip the cables. Just thought this comment would help 👍🏻

Haha it might be but we drive on the right side of the road So I think it's was about 90kg that's just over 200 pounds in weight for you guys of the cable and that paid about 100 quid/English pounds in dollars that's about 150usd I think

My ballast all have either brass or ally protecting the electronics. They are faily easy to open with the pointy end of a hammer.

Yes, stealing by finding is theft in the eyes of the law in the uk. The contents of the skip still belongs to the renter of the skip until it is taken away. Used to work for a skip company 😅
