Such brokerages are generally rogue fellows..few are honest and trustworthy..generally such targets prove wrong.. these r mainly to trap the retailers either promoting them to sell enabling them to accumulate at lower valuations or to got the retailers buy the at higher prices enabling them to profit booking.
