Why don't you make a little oasis thingy in the middle with a pond, trees and stuff to make it more beautifuler, i know, you want the old farm, but imagine, wouldn't be it cooler to have an oasis at your farm? Btw i'm writing this in the middle of the night, in Hungary, the time is freaking 1 am.
