SPOILER WARNING This might seem strange, but this video is actually pretty nostalgic for reasons *_other_* than the AVGN parody, as the ending bit reminds me of when I was a young child and watched people making “Accidents Will Happen” compilations with their TOMY/Trackmaster toys, and how I always wished I had my own megasets (I think it’s safe to say that last feeling hasn’t _quite_ gone away 😊).

Also MTI I think the Knapford station being a terminal might’ve be made as a potential Kirk Ronan station since we never got a Kirk Ronan station and it and Knapford do have a few similarities.

I think the Mega set from someone who's just looking at the box. It has like a TON of fun pieces but the main layout is just really... not amazing? While the sheer amount of space is really impressive there's really only one main through line unlike the other Giant,Mega,Ultimate sets that have multiple paths built into it I think it more is suited as a big, big expansion pack, than a set.

I agree ATTN’s refurbished layout. 🫡👍🏼 The original layout only goes in one flow direction, then if you change the switch rail junctions, it leads to a dead end in Knapford Station (couldv’e been called “Kirk Ronan Stn”) which means you have to carry your engine with your hands and flip it the other direction. If you have rails that can help u-turn your engines while it still runs on the rails, it would be a good convenience for anyone! 🙂
