That was cool. That cover art makes it seem like your playing a completely different game. 1. Music wise I like Snes Player Select screen theme. It has this ready for battle march feel. As for Campaign map theme I go for the Genesis version. The percussion sounds better. 2. Graphics wise in the Island select screen 1:59 the Genesis version has a wavy effect for the water. The Snes version does not. 3. Gameplay wise the cursor scrolling on both is incredible. Very smooth.

The SNES gets the edge in gameplay for supporting it's mouse peripheral. The Genesis also had a mouse, but not as many games supported it.

Megalomania was one of those games I skipped over because I saw the name and thought it was a game about shopping at walmart. who would have thought its a civilization building game.

I remember playing this with my brother for hours on end, and it was one of the few games we had (including general chaos, another good game). So for me the Genesis for all the memories gets the win from me

The SNES version has mouse support, making it truer to the computer game it was ported from. The Sega version does not.

The Sega Genesis has a mouse it's called the Sega mouse in the United States and mega mouse across the pond.

Forgot about the part later in the game when it says "we've nuked them" and then the horrifying "we've been nuked", lol. Great game, especially the Genesis one...

Interesting enough looking game, but the soundtracks are utterly _dreary._ I think I'd probably go with the Genesis as the menu doesn't cover the play area.

Mega drive tem maior resoluçao de tela e sobrou espaço para colocar os itens na tela, super nintendo estica a imagem e menor resolucao. Fizerem a versao do mega drive se adaptar ao super nintendo para ganhar tempo, infelizmente muitos jogos são assim e nao aproveitaram a resolução maior do console

a tie IMO. SNES went with a fullscreen stage with a pullout menu whereas the Genesis keeps both the stage and menu in view. sounds and graphics differer. gameplay the same. SNES has mouse support if thats a tie breaker.

Diferença que na Versão do Snes as Musicas é um Lixo No Mega Também Já nos Gráficos a do Mega ta uma Porcaria No Snes também. Achei a Versão do Snes Injovagavel No Mega Também Sendo honesto esses Joguinhos Tipo AGE OF EMPIRE é legal pra caramba
