This is not from X3 but from Classic 3. No X involved here. If this was just a typo then I'd argue Megaman 3 is pretty fucking solid, but Megaman 2, Megaman 4 and even Megaman 6 are just as good. Megaman 5 and 7 were good as well, but not that good compositions as the previous ones.
