I think the reason Vivi wasn't ever really used by people is because Vivi never had a hype train built. They just showed a photo of a flower.. then released the character. It was so weird how there was no hype. As a Vivi main though shes actually so cracked with her sigs, SSIG on blasters might be the one of the best sigs in the game. Same with boots NSIG
