Highly recommend it if you can. The PSP has a ton of gems including the MegaMan X remake as well.

Its great to see this game at SGDQ! This was a fantastic run with great commentary! I ended up liking this game more than I expected when I played it, I've been begging for Capcom to add it to any Mega man collection! I'm surprised there wasnt an incentive to play as one of the bosses or at least a showcase of some kind. I'd have happily thrown money at that.

Although I'm an old I was a sega kid so never played megaman growing up. However I did get powered up on the PSP and absolutely loved it! It got me to revisit the other Megaman games

This is an oddly comfy watch! Chill voice and warm room of the runner, cute game, very wholesome overall. Also was shocked by the ladders in the final stage. Wily must be like "Alright I'm gonna lose anyway but I'll have Megaman climb those spine looking ladders to traumatized him!"

This was a really fun run. I didn`t think Powered Up would be such a cool Speedrun! More people should play this game and hopefully Capcom does a rerelease on a collection in the future. Also good commentary from WhiteHat!

I think Time Stop was Guts Man's weakness? They changed it to Time, Guts, Cut, Bomb, Ice, Fire, Oil, Elec IIRC

I played 2 like 30 years ago, cheated my way through most of 3 (second controller with my toes), and a little of 4. But 5 was the first one I could finish because it allowed you to farm E tanks and introduced Beat and the M tank.

honestly, i'm glad the bosses in og mega man had knockback, but i'm surprised that they didn't do that in almost any the other mainline mega man games the boss knockback in powered up and mega man 7 and how stupidly easy it makes the bosses is ridiculous though; they shouldn't have a inute-long stun animation and repeat the same pattern. mega man 1 bosses perfected knockback - it doesn't necessarily interrupt the patterns but it DOES get them away from you to avoid contact damage, and to get a safer distance between you and the boss's attacks (also yes i know that only cut man and elec man originally had knockback)
