King Cepheus was a paranoid fool who believed people are always plotting against him. Thus, caused unnecessary wars out of fear. Or, in Cepheus' case, simply destroy planets that he deem a threat to him out of fear. Orihime/Vega on the other hand, believed that fools who lead like Cepheus are bound to cause pain and ruin. To which, she is not wrong. Her lover Hiko/Altair paid the price for being forced to participate in such a war due to foolish paranoid leaders. Orihime/Vega at the very least is a step up better than King Cepheus in the philosophical view department. Even testing humanity before doubting them. Can't even compare her to King Cepheus who'd just destroy a planet first chance he gets for suspecting people are always out to get him...

Come on cut Cepheus some slack the guy lives his whole life with everyone including his family trying to kill him to take his throne. That would seriously messed up anyone trust especially if the people who betrays you are the same people that you believed in. Plus even though he's a foolish leader that make mistakes he is also a foolish leader that take responsibility for his actions and learn to be better person from the experience. You know the saying "All leader makes mistakes but a good leader took responsibility for all their mistakes and right it."

Most of them probably were destroyed but a few of them most likely did but being weakened from mus destruction and being well underwater where some decent viruses exist those that did make it most likely fell there

There's nothing left of Mu but ruins now that their god is dead... There's literally no way those EM beings would be able to escape in time to survive the fall of Mu.

In my theory rogue or solo is bass.exe after he's deletion from Megaman.exe his data must have been separated and now he's a human but inside he's still bass.exe.

That makes no sense. Solo has technically been around for much longer than Bass he was just asleep. In the anime he wakes up from a black pile of sludge into the modern world. His teammates saved him by force before the destruction of MU and he hates bonds because of it. Solo is technically very old but is young because of MU cryogenic tech.

Mu's technology, along with its existence predates LONG before Forte/Bass.EXE was ever conceived as baby data. As was easter egg'd in BN, with remnants of Mu's technology being discovered within that BN's time period. So Forte/Bass.EXE can't have a human form due to the technological limitations of BN's time period not being advanced as Mu's civilization for it to be possible, since EM Wave technology was not introduced at the time in BN because of Mu's historical records being lost in time due to their eminent downfall.
