Getting the buster parts at Flame Mammoth is optional. You can always get the arm parts later from Zero when he sacrifices himself

If you are having trouble with Spark Mandrill, you might have the problem that I had where you didn’t know how to dash jump. You get it by jumping at the same time as your second tap on the directional pad. If you are playing with the SNES Classic, I suggest dash jumping a ton of times until you have one where you grab the edge to the Heath container, save a state, then keep rewinding to try and get it.

I could never effin' do the right timed jump to get the X-Buster upgrade in Flame Mammoth's factory so I just usually wait until Zero gets blown to bits in the first Sigma stage. (Also I always thought it was more appropriate, story wise to do so.)

Lyra lol screw the jump how the heck did you get the boomerrang to come back and get the heart? I depleted a whole energy bar and couldn’t get it lol. I think this goes without saying but these jumps and maneuvers take a lot of practice and it is not gonna happen on ur first try....I did finally get it my second time playing the level tho and this is actually really good to hone your skills. I’m getting a lot better at executing the dash jumps and anticipating when to input the buttons Edit #2 I’d like to gladly gloat that after two weeks I finally beat MMX with all hearts, sub tanks, and the Hadoken thanks to this video! I did have to learn the hard way that if you do not beat all 4 Sigma Levels in one sitting your extra lives go to 2, sub-tanks got to empty, and the most irritating part is the Hadoken is also gone. This is at least with the MMX Legacy Collection 1&2 as opposed to the Classic SNES which has MMX as one of the games and I believe has save states. Anyways thanks again Lyra!
