I've always wanted to know, what does the sensor means when it says "Caution" and "Danger"? Whats suppose to happen?

If its at Danger at least I think it means you take constant damage I think its supposed be at danger

I know it' been 1 years but if you get into sigma head to many time the gauge will say Virus wich means you're getting infected but not lose Zero as playable if X goes sigma head to many times until the gauge says virus he dies instantly but Zero is getting invicible if he's gauge is Virus

It's the Hunters' Viral Status. It's automaticly set on Normal, but the more you get infected by the Sigma/Zero Virus, the higher it will go. It starts on Normal, and then goes to Caution, then going to Danger and then it goes to the Viral stage, and if that happens you're dead.
