One of the worlds Largest ship engine with a Specified Maximum 72,420KW, 92,280BHP, 12 cylinders. It has a 4 Diesel Generators with a maximum of 3,800 kilowatts each. 361 meter overall legth, 51 meter beam.

I love the synchronous noise of the engines, I could sleep to the muted undulating sounds (not right next to it of course), Im a mechanic and love engines.

How many hours of operation can be had, before these engines need a full overhaul or replacement? I suppose maintenance is key, much like anything, but i also know that wear and tear can never be completely eliminated.

Given the TEU, it's either a Danit-class built by Daewoo or a Benedetta-class built by Hyundai, both in South Korea. Edit - just checked. The GRT makes it a first series Davit-class, of which there are five ships.
