I have a trick for you.Grab a log holder then grab 2 logs place them in the log holder and then spam the 3 buttons to pick up, place, and drop. It will duplicate the logs. (for feature reference)

I'm coming years late to this party, and you may have already learned this, but if you place teh blueprints before you build them you can merge objects together. To get the defensive walls on the inside of your staircase you would place all the blueprints first before building anything.

The wife and I just picked this game up on Steam while it was on sale for $5 American. We've both been having fun with it in our own ways. Before reading I read something about how the "monsters" get worse as you kill more of them so my entire strategy thus far has been complete avoidance. I found that if you build the tallest cabin available, they basically never bother you. They can't reach the rope and, so long as they don't see you climb up, they won't attack the cabin. Although, by day 7 or so, there's just so many of them wandering around that it's kind of a moot point anyway. LoL :)

Aye Zuma, glad to see you back on The Forest! I and a friend of mine just started playing this and we're having a blast. The only thing is, caves and the game in general is really dark. Have you messed with the brightness settings in the game or some Nvidia filters? If you have, could you provide a screenshot or something? We've got them on the default settings and you actually can't see shit in caves lmao. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be.
