Was just in the middle of stone cold stunning my elderly nan and my phone got a notification that johnny mack posted a vid, hense you saved an elderly woman and gave me something even more productive to do with my friday. Thoroughly enjoyed this extra long vid, reminded me of just how much work you did with your new pad. Love how you just casually made a piece of art on the accent wall. Vid is almost over so i best get back to spin kicking my nan right in the shoulder blades. For anyone wondering no i dont condone elderly abuse lets just keep this between us😮

Hey Mack, we're here for the long haul: we all have low times in our lives, thank you to you for being brave enough to open up and share your struggles with us; and even whilst doing that, teach us how to do better - either for ourselves, or on how to support others. Afterall we cant support others when we ourselves are a mess. I'm so glad to see and know that you're doing better. Glad too that you spin kicked that moose right through the window, and sent him on his way. ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉

I love how you said to decorate your house in a way that brings YOU joy with no thought to resale value or what other people will think of it. Many years ago I worked for a hospital in Nashville and my department was being moved to a building that USED to be patient rooms and one perk we had was that all the rooms needed to be painted and we were allowed to paint our office any color we wanted. Everyone in my department picked white or beige or some neutral color for their offices and I chose a sort of peach color for my office just because I liked the color. I received a bit of criticism from others in my department because it was a "strange" color, but I persevered and insisted that is the color I LIKED and that is the color I got. The interesting thing is that after all the painting was done and I had my strange peach colored office and others had their neutral white or beige office, it was MY OFFICE people congregated in because they liked the VIBE in my office better. Go figure!

I appreciated this video because towards the end, I learned the trick to hanging those draperies with the knobs on the end of the rod-thingy......Oh phooey, ya know what i mean, Moose! ANYway........thanks! Once you're tweaked out with where you want stuff, u gonna be awlrite! Did I ever tell you i moved 29 times in 49 years? If i did, sorry, I'm old. Yep, a whole bunch of kids, many many labeled boxes (one time it was 96 boxes + furniture) and I was so organized, I had the house up and running in 3 days (kids had school, husband had to git to work and life needed to roll) Of course, NOW I'm in damage control, trying to keep the vultures away, but ahhh....fond memories of the moves...... Like Simon and Garfunkel once sang "Preserve your memories, they're all that's left you....." OH!......and this word to Jason: "You ARE a good son, and you will definitely be a great dad! Take LOADS of pictures of Baby Girl EVERY DAY because these days will fly by SO fast, it will spin faster than the spin your dad does!" Moose will fly everywhere, it will be a MOOSENADO!.......(i got the visual in my brain now for the rest of the day!)

I have bad ADHD and we are both autistic, and i have recently been on a break in my relationship because we have to teach ourselves all these things as adults. I still see him and everything but this not living together anymore has been both beneficial and something I have to cope with. I've been trying very very hard to put in the work and your channel has been helping a lot with cleaning and feeling like there's hope. I'm 25, I want so badly to reign this all in before it gets out of hand. All that to say i seriously appreciate your channel and the people who are able to donate to you. I also want to add that we adhd have something called rejection sensitivity dysphoria, people don't even want to say all that let alone empathize with it. It can be masked and coped with and everything but we will not always say when we feel that way because 'women emotional, hysterical women omg they talk too much omg' that gets so ingrained in us that we don't even want to say anything at all, we don't want to be a bother. Then people are like say more! well pick one T_T and im not the type to care what people think logically, it just causes that physical anxiety whether i agree with it or not, I cant out-logic it. it's like trying to out-logic your tooth hurting and you go to the dentist and it needs to be pulled. except i cant pull a tooth of anxiety out of my brain. And people actually undertstand the toothache. The autism is highly comormid with adhd and a combination of all that plus feeling like not an adult, not etc etc maks it even harder. Therapy can feel pointless because, well I learned all of this myself. Anorexics have the same problem (also overlaps a lot) you go to therapy and this lady who was in college and had kids and a job at my age, never felt the need for substances etc, is trying to explain textbook things to me. Some of them bring up religion, which i've had a doctor do to me, very offputting. She said something about the devil and god loves me i cant remember. I've wholeheartedly believed that enough to know it's not a cure. it's coping to believe that it is. i shouldnt write a novel but it's like when teachers say ignore your bully while you have bruises and tears running down your face. I mean that about all of it not just the religion part

I have watched the whole material. Okay, so as home decor girlie from Europe I would critique shortly this interior design: it is bachleresque and American in the worst kind of ways. HOWEVER, I feel the urge to list out things that I REALLY LIKE: - curtain sheerness-color gradient thing - clever - shower curtain print - funny - "EAT" caption above toilet - placement is a key - the all teal door with hanger - cutesy scandi feel - moose - of course, how one could not like it - faith no more posters - obviously - the "actual color" disclaimer - diner style table set - your wave mural look much better than I would anticipate - switch & outlet covers - I love that you explain your decisions very meticulously - it makes me hate less your decor choices - you are very detail oriented and do your work with care and dedication, and thoughtfully, and neatly I really appreciate what you do. Keep up the good work. May your flesh avatar hurt less.

I've been watching the $1 house show for several weeks and I love that channel. She has the sweetest disposition, and she seems to be willing to tackle any job that comes along. I LOVE her show and I can't wait to see her house when she gets through with all the renovations. Anyone who likes renovation type shows might also like "At Home with Willow Berry". It is a couple who bought a dilapidated double wide mobile home in the foothills of the Appalachia Mountains in Virginia, and they are renovating it a room at a time making it look like a regular house. She also does a lot of cooking, but she shows a lot of renovating that she and her husband do to their mobile home. If anyone checks out that channel, I would love to know what you think of it.

This year, he's fallen off a ladder, breaking his back and a rib. Now, the poor guy has pneumonia . I swear we can't win. We've only been in our mobile home for 9 months. We bought it for $500.00 We've put $13k into it. And it still isn't done. I could use some help. I need to finish the floors. Then our van died! I just sat and cried. We can't win. Thanks for all your videos. You should be a teacher of cleaning and renovation.

My friend, you've done a great job. You've taken a dog house and turned it into a stylish and comfortable home. Well Done. I don't know you well enough to give you advise, but I'm going to anyway. Please don't hesitate to ignore if you want to. However, depending on what you do for fun in nature, grab some of those elements and incorporate them into the fabulous design you've got totally going on. Here's an example, if you're the sort, and live near a beach (which I don't know, but if you do) and if you enjoy long walks and long talks on that beach, then start looking out for a piece of driftwood that you could suspend from screw eyes and wire in the center of those framed openings on that half wall in the kitchen, or dining, area. If you're more the sort who likes gothic thingummies, suspend a sword. If you're the the sort who likes to collect rare wine bottles, then use mounting tape to makes an interesting display. However, above all, the most *spectacular feature of your house is that wall-mounted fireplace* . Please do look at examples of how people have used copper, etc., to make that the hit-the-ball-out-of-the-ballpark feature of their house. (The French do that a lot.)
