I'm always amazed how coin can interlock and hang over the edge and hold things on top of them and take so long to fall. The few machines you showed will hopefully convince people you aren't in your basement and don't own the push machines. It looked like the Tropical machine didn't have a skill stop.

I didn't know these machines still exist. Haven't seen one in years. Used to go to a video store and a near by theatre to play these games. I also played one in an arcade that used tokens instead of quarters. The video store told me it was illegal to fill it with real money and had to get rid of it.

As a slot tech here in Vegas, I would never play these, but I love watching other people play. They got rid of the "Coin Flippers" here in Vegas (At least at the Excalibur where I used to work) around 2000 or so. They were hard to work on (Hard to get parts) and they didn't get too much play. As far as I know, they have never had the "Coin Pusher" style machines here. Would anyone here be willing to play a video version of this game if it was on a Slot machine? Like a video bonus round? Let me know what you think. :)

I don't know who made the machine but its set up for super rip off never seen one on you tube that dumped coins on top of the pile like that you must of spent $40.00 or more to get a two dollar cig lighter and a 1.00 china knife and a 5.00 bill I would steer away from those brand of machines

Cool win!! My husband and I seen Def Lepard a few years ago now, they were good, but, I just didn't appreciate the foul language that the lead singer kept using. I go to concerts to listen to good music not for the cursing!! I just might have well just stayed home and listen to my cd's!

Josh- the physics of this machine are all designed against you! It does not drop coins cleanly- and when a weight of coins builds up due to them falling on top of each other -the only person guaranteed to win is the bugger who owns the bloody thing. Plus- there are bugger all notes. You need someone to take you by the arm sometimes and point you in the right direction mate!

Sooo, here's what i notced on this particular machine, forst, a quarter is 7/8ths of an inch across, on most machines, that translates to a 1/8 of an inch push, this machines push tray is raised one sixteenth of an inch, and therefore pushes the coins on top of each other...this is a very tricky and very much in the houses favor
