I have an idea re plastic tubs up high. Think large bookshelves that have a 1 piece ladder that slides across on a rail. You can even make it detachable. Enjoy the channel, Mars.

A way to stop it rusting and not making it slippery (WD40) would be to treat with deoxidine 624. That will keep it looking good and if surface rust comes back, just clean and reapply. Food for thought boys. Fully sic workshop lads.

You should put a library ladder that hooks into the top shelf and slides from left to right or visa/versa. Nice work though.

A ladder on a track system for the top shelf would be hectic just slide it left or right to were you need it then when your done just slide out of the way and also climbing up and down would be a simple task and removes the worry of ladder falling while try to hold tubs on the way down
