Yep, my thought. I've been a Megadeth fan for almost 35 years. Know everything, really everything. This is the best album between the 90s era of Megadeth (Killing is my Business to Cryptic Writings) and the era from Dystopia onwards.

I remember when The System has Failed came out. I listened to it every day during the next two months. "Die Dead Enough" was one of my favorite songs of the album. I like how the album sounds different from any other album out there.

This is one of Megadeth's most underrated albums. This, I believe, is what Mustaine wanted when he initially produced "Risk.". "The System Has Failed." is pure deep cut that only a fan of music can appreciate.

@@elijahwhistler4795xactly! I have examined his Vocal range now and its F♯4-C2 (Without trouble) and the highest note (Not including backing Vocals) is D3 so Dave could easily sing this live! (Most likely better than they did in 2004 because he struggled to go that low in 2004)

i remember when this album was released, me and my best friend both met up after work and drove to the nearest music store and bought ourselves each a copy and headbanged all the way home. he passed away in 2005, he was an awesome dude.

Dave to you and your current issue you have always overcome throughout time and all the year's the king of metal my friend, hell I'm 45 just had my fifth back surgery in July , had to stop working because I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in January 2019, forget what I'm doing a lot of the time and this song reminds me of Life a whole lot, that is many of us can't do enough in life, even to the point of death except for my wife I have lost nearly everything except the shirt on my back because our ”System has failed" waiting for disability that never comes, but thank you for all the years and getting me through a lot of nights when all I can barley do is click a video on KZbin and watch you play while I lose control of my hands, body and mind
