You see- The reason why Sans has his head turned down is that the creator wanted Sans to look more "psychotic" in an attempt to make Sans resemble Chara, a character from the hit indie game "UNDERTALE" that is known to be very cynical and violent. In this fan-made iteration, roles of characters have been swapped- hence why Sans has swapped places with "Chara"
