Dark Man/ Proto Fortress always had one of my favorite fortress themes in the franchise as a whole. It works SO WELL in CPS2/ Power Fighters style, that I wish it had been realized in the vanilla game.

Been stuck in my head for years, but I swear part of this melody goes along with the whistle theme from MM3. Always cool how similar the MMX soundfont is to the CPS2
