I asume you mean chaos union. And well some of them are amazing some are just not worth the risk of haveing dark megaman on your butt if you mess up

To answer the question itself, its most likely because being a giga chip that can deal a ton of damage against a great opponent like that, the player needed to find a proper time to actually use it, because giga chips most of the times are big Hit or Miss scenarios.. Thats probably it

In vanilla BN5 you can use it as many times as you want. This is a rebalance mod.

Why run ice seed if ice panels don’t do double elec damage in 5? Or is there a balance patch that makes it work?

I tried to go for a potential stun lock with MagnetSoul. The IceSeed in that sense helped be to limit the opponnent's movement.

Has ChaosUnison been nerfed in the Legacy Collection? I thought it would last till the end of the turn instead of after the first CS

This is a mod not LC. Mod is Better BN5 to balance the game more for PvP.

That's Omega Rocket 🚀 a Giga Chip from Nebula Area 5 in Team Colonel. It's heavily guarded basically requiring you to 100% the game lol. The same thing with Holy Dream in Team Protoman
