He used bodygrd on you it's one of my favorite chip combinations. It's anti navi anti sword and anti dmg and it counters and hit several times. I'm surprised he didn't have more combinations or was unlucky to use them

Program Advances arent too popular, so it wasn't that he was unlucky, he probably was only running the one. 3 chips for one big attack isn't always cost efficient if it gets blocked or dodged via defensive options!

@@weewer3369 well that makes sense but why use the ones that miss. Use the ones that dim the screen and always hit

@@GameFreeak459 because dimming the screen can be countered by: Invisible, Anti Damage, Life Aura, and Barrier 100/200. So you're using 3 chips for a screen dimming chip that might be countered. So they do get some use, but I can also see why they're not meta.
