I know it's been months but I wanted to comment on this regardless. The person playing the game patched him game in some way, as the original localized game doesn't have japanese voices. I assume he probably did it himself as an undub for the game doesn't seem to be anywhere on the internet. Whatever he did to replace the files seemed to combine the scripts, or something, which is probably why there's leftover japanese text.

You'd get Proto Man from completing all the challenges. He's rightfully busted, but he also made me realize how short the game is with the ability of jumping over one extra block.

Protoman died, he had a human like lifespan so he had a set number of days left to live so he decided to stop fighting to enjoy his last few days he had left of life. The first and only robot to actually have a lifespan had to suck.
