Yes. I do believe I just said that MegaMan and Roll weren't related in BOTH the Legends and Battle Network series. You probably only find it strange because you're more used to the original MegaMan series.

@hecatomb *spoiler alert* roll and megaman are NOT related in the .exe series. In the game megaman is nets twin brother (hub) who was digitized by Dr. Light after he dies. In the anime series I don't recall them mentioning they are related by blood but rather megaman is a "special" navi created for net, proof of his unique abilities is his beast forms in rockman beast.
