@goncaloferreira6429 Level Up cards are essentially just a "currency" used to play certain cards that tell you to spend Level Up cards. They are not included in your deck, but rather a side deck. They were prize cards given out to tournament winners back in the day.

You can play the game online on Battle-Network.com or on Tabletop Simulator. The actual physical card printing is done. But you can still find stuff for sale online if you wanted to play in real life!
