You can use the Boomerang Cutter on Sting Chameleon and the Chameleon Sting on Storm Eagle.

Just to let you know storm eagle is weak against camelion sting and sting camelion is weak against the boomerang cutter

Spark Mandrill is very easy to beat. Just Shotgun Ice on him. I always beat him like that (ooohhhhh, poor Spark Mandrill, you can't do anything).
