He also redid the Junk Yard's music. Not sure why he felt it needed to be remade. "If it ain't broke don't fix it". And he seems to have removed the original mid boss theme when he could've simply used both tracks.

@@theloniouskey Mid-boss theme is really good, I prefer the new one. The new Scorpio theme is ok, but I don't like Mosquito theme personnally. But it's Dominic Ninmark choice after all. And it's true new theme have a sonority really unique to Corrupted and in the same time a legacy of Megaman X licence. Keep in mind it's absolutly possible half of the actual musics are going to change.

Nice vid and update show Stussy & JKB :) I did notice the change on music and I see some mixed reviews of it but I don't mind it either (hopefully like said by others though that some of the "original" tracks can be kept as an option in game or side files if PC only as Omake?) In my opinion of the changed music again, I admit that this kind of does mix a bit better; Dominic Ninmark's take of the Mid Boss battle flows perfectly in with the updated theme song of Sparking Scorpio here very well actually! I like that mix! The Weapon-Get theme is also changed a 3rd time on my note here but sounds almost as good as the first, fun fact of noticing that once again it's mixing with the stage theme very well! I also noticed a massive change this time: The damage numbers, that's new! I approve so now to know what's going to be effective or what's not-so-good as well as figuring out each Maverick's weakness eventually if one didn't have the proper armaments for dueling him/her yet.Good notice so maybe a somewhat lesser but still effective weapon can be told out as well as if hitting just the right spot instead of the "clink!" (Miss/Blocked!)

Mini boss looks a little empty to me, like normally the mini bosses are mechs or mavericks, this one is just a room. Tbh what i dont like most is the redish orange they picked, i feel blue would look better. Only other thing i noted is that in the last room before the boss they for some reason removed the big two legged maverick thing that shakes the screen so now its another empty room. Also, i do hope w the dialogue we had with Dr. Siren, that theres maybe an alternate ending where we can save scorpio... or at lesst most of him

Mini boss are simple mechanically speaking. Take Mosquito mid-boss for instance, really simple mechanic but hard enough to block the passage and to try to kill you with spikes. And personally, I found Scorpio stage long enough, so this mid-boss is quite easy and fast to kill.

@@nicop4017 ig the only reason I found it weird is bc if you look at the mid bosses in game, the one in mosquitoes stage is a bug, and then a frog in puffers, the parrotplatform thing from hoatzins stage, and then there's scorpios which is just... WALL- which is why I personally found it a little weird. I do agree w the last part though, so I do understand

@@noname23539 Neurohack mosquito, he's a pacifist just like X, and has a Gate's mind, and yet, he strives for what he thinks is right, and when *X* one person who fights for what he thinks is right, finds another person like Neurohack who has a different belief but the same driving force as X, that encounter is only going to lead to misery, and not because them hate each other, but because they both understand each other but can't help themselves, ending up fighting for no cause, that's literally X and Zero fighting in the good ending of X5, its just... its sad man...

Idk why but every time i look for a Megaman X video, there's a high number of people disliking them, like 50/50 which is a little bit concerning to me for some reason. Whatever the reason is i think that it has something to do with the many opinions towards the main saga, and Capcom's weird management, making new concepts and scenarios for their characters in order to keep them afloat as the franchise continuously grows, or just randomly and blatantly butchering the franchise using nostalgia and greed as weapon to anyone who just mindlessly enters to know and get used to the franchise as many did, plus treating longtime fans like garbage with pathetic excuses as a way to explain why the saga is so inconsistent in it's quality just like the path they're taking...

@@JohnnyM4all I'm going to check this video. But it's not impossible some section have been adjusted since 2021. Take Mosquito stage for instance, the very last section has completly changed since 2017. But no worries, they aren't going to restart every stage since level design, tileset, background/parallax are still here. EDIT: Ok Johnny, I've just checked and I think there is small changes in the layout. That's because it's the implementation of the mid-boss which modifed the layout a bit. Before, you passed to the first half of the stage to second half without transition. The room of the mid-room is effectively a new addition and just before the second half of the stage. But otherwise, enemies, level design, parallax, background and tilesets are the same. Maybe some tiles has been changed a bit if you check the entrance of air duct :)

Do you have access to the game or are these clips of JKB streams? Haven't kept up with X Corrupted for awhile but, last I checked, the game is still unreleased with no plan to put out any demos or anything.

Very complicated to say but I would say it's in final steps. Final stages need to be done and it's a lot of work (more than a normal maverick stage). Actually, first final stage is complete while second final stage is in good way. Second part and boss fight of Vulpex stage need to be done as well as Skyway (Hoatzin stage). It would take time but it's really close if you compare to the 15 years of development. Keep in mind it wouldn't be in the next month, but in some years, it will be good.

I am so sick of them changing the music in this game when it was already perfect. They keep making it worst :( Next thing they will ruin is X's intro theme. Then again this game is never going to come out until I die at this rate. (I am 39 years old.)
