I think that Elpizo is the easiest final boss in the Megaman Zero series, tha dont make him easy to defeat but the Copy X on MMZ1 and Dr.Weil on MMZ4 Were the hardest ones for me.

He is. Omega is tougher but not to tough when the scariest part of him is mostly dramatic. Dr. Weil’s first form has super annoying attacks. While lastly Copy X is just down right cheap when he has attacks that could send Zero to bottomless pits.

Probably. Makes sense, in a way. He was using an upgrade that was never meant to be his. Fusing with the Dark Elf makes Omega stronger; Elpizo probably wasn't very compatible
