Megaman Zero 3 Copy X Mark II, Area X-2; Ultimate Mode

For this special boss fight, i decided to run it on a rom hack version that lets you play the game as X. But it's only in japanese, so I'll do a little summary for you.
When we beat Copy X, he attempted to go into his Seraphim Form, but Dr. Weil had placed an explosive on his body, causing him to self-destruct instead. Weil then used the opportunity to claim himself the new ruler of Neo Arcadia while also blaming X's death on us. Now, we must find information on Weil in order to find his whereabouts, all in preparation for our showdown with him and the mysterious Omega.
